Johnny Rumbough serves as the Director of Missions for the Lexington Baptist Association. He is a graduate of Charleston Southern University (Charleston, SC) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Fort Worth, TX).
He is married to Valerie English Rumbough. Valerie is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. She is Chief Operations Officer for the Baptist Foundation of South Carolina. They have two children – (Son) Jason is married to Kelli and they have Micah (daughter); and (Daughter) Jamie is married to Kenny Kelly.
He came to Lexington Baptist Association as the DoM in 1996. Prior to LBA, he held two NAMB appointments (Church Extension – Greenville, SC and Church Planter – Tega Cay, SC). He has eleven years in pastorate and associate pastor roles.
Johnny’s passion is to equip churches and associations with the disciplines to live like 1st century Christians. He is co-founder of “Every Member a Missionary” (lay missionary small group training).

Rev. David Lee
Director of Lay Mobilization

David Lee is a missionary of the North American Mission Board’s Ministry Evangelism Team serving as Director of Lay Mobilization in Lexington Baptist Association in South Carolina.
Born in Hong Kong, he entered the United States in 1972 and became a naturalized citizen in October of 1987. He has both a graduate and undergraduate degree from The University of North Texas in Denton, TX and a Master of Divinity degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
Lee served as a church planter intern through the former Home Mission Board in Coca, Florida. He was the founding pastor of the Chinese Baptist Church, Boston, Massachusetts. He served for 13 years on the staff of the South Carolina Baptist Convention as Director of Asian Ministry before serving on the staff of Lexington Baptist Association.
He is married to the former Suzanne Townsend, a native of South Carolina. The couple has two daughters.

Rev. Johnny Muller
Director of Leadership Development

Johnny Muller serves as the Director of Leadership Development for the Lexington Baptist Association. He has attended Southwestern Oklahoma State College, the University of Illinois, Columbia International University, Southern Baptist Seminary Extension and is a graduate of International Seminary.
He is married to Roma DeLoach Muller. Roma is a graduate of Winthrop College and is Executive Secretary to the Principal and Financial Secretary at Gilbert Primary School, Gilbert, SC. They have two children – (Daughter) Dr. Joni M. Rabon is married to Timothy Rabon; and (Son) John C. Muller, Jr. engaged to Miss Ashley Ward of Mt. Pleasant, SC with wedding plans for November 22, 2009.
He came to Lexington Baptist Association as the Director of Leadership Development in January of 2006. Prior to LBA, he was pastor of First Calvary Baptist Church, Leesville, SC for 27 years (Lexington Baptist Association) and Zion Baptist Church, Walterboro, SC for 6 years (Colleton Baptist Association).
Johnny has a deep love for pastors and church leadership desiring to help them grow and develop personally becoming all that God intended them to be in leading their churches to become Essential Churches with a Breakout Missional Focus reproducing themselves into the lives of others as New Testament disciples in the 21st Century Church.

Jamie Kelly
Director of Communications and Disciple-Making Connections

Jamie serves as the Director of Communications and Disciple-Making Connections for the Lexington Baptist Association. She manages the LBA website and the eGuide and Missions events reminder emails.
She is a native to South Carolina. She is married to Kenny Kelly, who is a native to Fort Worth, Texas, and they currently live in Chapin, SC. Kenny is the Founding Pastor of REFUGE Church in Ballentine. REFUGE started in April of '09 and is a Church Plant in the Lexington Baptist Association averaging over 100 people on Sunday services.
Jamie loves being a pastor's wife and serving at the Lexington Baptist Association helping other churches. She invites any emails on helping to improve our website and eGuides!
Mary Lou Jackson

Mary Lou serves as Office
Manager for the Lexington Baptist Association. She started at the association
in June 1986 working with the Baptist Broadcasting Network and became Secretary
of the Association in 1988 (later changed to Ministry Assistant). She handles
the general operations of the office such as receptionist, keeping supplies in
stock, the mail, making deposits, mailing the bills, calling in payroll,
updating directories, and working
with the annual church profiles.
She is a native of Columbia,
South Carolina. She is married to Richard Jackson of Columbia, SC, and they are
members of Steadman Baptist Church. The couple has a son, a daughter (a son-in-law) and two granddaughters.

Linda Hite

Linda Hite serves as Ministry Assistant to Dr. Johnny Rumbough, the Director of Missions for the Lexington Baptist Association. Linda has served in this position since January, 1999. She also serves as Prayer Ministry Team Leader for the Association.
Linda has two sons, Rome and Ryan Lindler, and five grandchildren.
God has allowed Linda to exercise her spiritual gifts and passions, missions and prayer, through the ministries of the Lexington Baptist Association. She serves with a servant's heart for the Glory of God, claiming 2 Timothy 1:7 , "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind".
Susan Berry

Susan Berry serves as
Ministry Assistant to David Lee, the Director of Lay Mobilization. Susan has served in this position since
August, 1999. She assists the
Association and church members to be involved with mission opportunities such
as the Prison Ministry, State Fair, World Changers, etc.
She is married to Gary
Berry and they have two sons, Adam and Seth. They are active in their church at Lexington Baptist.
Spending time with her
family and serving the Lord through missions is an important part of Susan’s
life. Working together with other
people and churches throughout the Association is such a blessing to her.
Crystal Lester
Ministry Assistant

Crystal Lester serves as Financial Bookkeeper for the
Lexington Baptist Association. She
has a graduate degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC,
and an undergraduate degree from Lander University, in Greenwood, SC. She has one daughter, Danielle, a
freshman at Clemson University.
In addition to serving on the staff of Lexington Baptist
Association, Crystal is self employed as an interior decorator. She enjoys crafting, reading, and
working puzzles.
